About Rene Cerda, JR
Rene Cerda Jr was born and raised in Harlingen Texas. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Brownsville. He has been in the Roofing & Construction Industry for 30 years. He is second generation Roofing and General Construction Contractor.
